The winners
The winners among Russian and international participants will receive a valuable gift.
I highly recommend you: study Russian literature, it will help you. Turgenev will teach you how to write nature, landscape, Chekhov – will show you what a dialogue is, how real people actually speak, will teach you how to build a phrase, a sentence – briefly and accurately.

The Readings are held since 2019
Our school supported by the I.S. Turgenev Library-Reading Room and the Turgenev Society (Baden-Baden), as part of the activities of UNESCO Associated Schools, has been holding international Turgenev readings since 2019, the purpose of which is to spiritually and morally enrich the younger generation, introduce them to the world of Turgenev's creativity and the values of world culture.
We invite students of different ages from different parts of Russia and abroad to participate in our festival. Participants have the opportunity to choose a nomination to their liking and express themselves in various genres – from writing an essay to creating a poster for favourite work or an art object reflecting the personal perception of Turgenev's work.
By the decision of the professional jury, the prize-winners are awarded with valuable prizes. The winners in each nomination will receive a Grand Prix – an educational trip to Turgenev places (Baden-Baden, St. Petersburg, etc.)
