For the second time our school brings together professionals who care about education and gives an opportunity to discuss what is happening in the pedagogical community, what trends and tendencies have emerged and how we can help each other.
You know what's amazing? We speak different languages, we live in different countries, we represent different social codes, but the tasks and problems that a teacher faces are almost always the same. How to make learning process really interesting? How to motivate a student? How to create projects children would love to take part in? How to find a common language with parents and make them your allies? And, finally, how to know what will be in demand in the world by the time of graduation?
The world is changing and we are changing with it. We overlook the task to integrate the best world practices, listen to each other and understand the trends, work out the vector of the development of a teacher as a professional and an educational organization as a system.
